My dad Lindsay Anderson has owned a fat factory for 3 years. When he first bought the factory, he talked about beef and pig fat in detail for a long time, and sometimes us kids got really tired listening to it. I believe the technical name for what he gave us is Chronic Fat Syndrome. Luckily he's got other interests now. Last week I spent some of my own time thinking about beef fat while Dad went mountain climbing in Peru. This is the new pottle that I designed and illustrated the graphics for. Ingredients: BEEF FAT.
