COOKBOOK north/south
COOKBOOK north/south is a choice project that was co-ordinated by Lily, Shona and Kristy from Wolfgang, Shlomo and Max. It has recipes, stories and pictures from Melbourne chefs, writers and artists, who each describe an aspect of their experience of food and culture in a particular suburb of Melbourne. The type was letterpress printed at the Melbourne Museum of Printing and the pictures are all linocut. Here's my picture of Oly McLeish.
