Call out for contributions to Australian History Comics Anthology

Sam Wallman,
one of my favourite comic artists,
is putting together an anthology
of comics about Australian history.
Check out Sam's flyer above for some suggestions.
Everyone should make something for it.
All the details are on Sam's website here.

Rush, Made in Victoria, With Chris in it as a Police Officer - Launch on Friday 13th

This Friday July 13,
Chris O'Brien and I are launching our book

at Wooly Bully in North Melbourne.

Chris and I have been drawing together regularly
for the last eighteen months. We have compiled
a book of drawings inspired by the locally made
police television drama Rush. We are characters
in the book, and the Rush team is too. Some old
houses in Northcote are characters,
and a thunderstorm. So are lots of our friends.
You better watch out if you know us
because you might be a character in it too.

There will be an edition of 50 hand made books
available on the evening. There will also be
original artwork from the book on display
at Wooly Bully.

After the launch, R,MIV,WCIIAAPO
will be available from Wooly Bully.
